We are now able to announce three jazz concerts for Kamloops this February, March and April. The Griffith Hiltz Trio and Eric St-Laurent Trio both come from Toronto and Van Django is from Vancouver. In addition to offering single concert tickets at our usual attractive prices, we will also offer a three concert package at a significant savings. Some information is now posted on the Events page. More will be posted in the next few days and tickets will go on sale next week.

Association francophone de Kamloops is presenting Quebec folk band Le Bal a l'Huile. The band is a leader of traditional and modern Quebecois music. True to oral and musical traditions, this group is distinguished by the quality of six vocalists harmonizing a cappella or accompanied by acoustic instruments. The catchy musical arrangements will get you on the dance floor. Entertainment Management is pleased to be managing this event for l'Association francophone de Kamloops. Over the Christmas break 92.5 The X (CFBX) made huge improvements in the strength and quality of the broadcast signal. Reception is cleaner over a larger area of Kamloops. The campus/community radio staion is the only Kamloops station producing and broadcasting non-commercial music and talk shows. If you like jazz, blues, folk, world music, alternative and other non-commercial content I encourage you to give it a listen. The style of shows change every hour or two. Julie Michels & Kevin Barrett will be returning to BC in the spring. For this tour we will be adding AB dates. We are also booking early summer tour dates for Julie and Kevin in Atlantic Canada.
